A Comparison: Islam = Hindu? (3)

The Religion of Hindu has said that Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. will born to be a leader.
(Continuation from 11/18/2006)

d) Revelation

Had explained that Narashangsa get his knowledge through the revelation. The prophet of Muhammad too gets his knowledge about Islam through the revelation too. He will received the information about the thing doesn’t happen yet through the revelation. For example, the war between Persia and Rome, and the Rome was lost on this war. When this news reach to Muhammad s.a.w. He gets the revelation that the Rome will won the battle in a few years later. And this is become true when on 627 AD; in the battle of Nineveh the Roman was won the battle. This is can refer to the Al-Qura’an; surah Ar-Ruum, 30: 2-4, states that,
“The Roman Empire[1]has been defeated (2), - In a land closed by; but they, (even) after (this) defeat of theirs, will soon be victorius[2](3). Within a few years.[3] With God is the Decision, in the Past and in the Future: on that Day shall the Believers rejoice. (4)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[1] The remarkable defeats of the Roman Empire under Heraclius and the straits to which it was reduced were not merely isolated defeats; the Roman Empire lost most of its Asiatic territory and was hammed in on all sides at its capital, Constantinople. The defeat, “in a land close by” must refer to Syria and Palastine. Jerusalem was lost in 614-15 A.C., shortly before this Surah was revealed. [3505]

[2] The Pagan Quraysh of Makkah rejoiced at the overthrow of Rome by Persia. They were pro-Persian, and in their heart of hearts they hoped that the nescent movement on Islam, which at that time was, from a wordly point of view, very week and helpless, would also collapse under their persecution. But they misread the true Signs of the times. They are told here that they would soon be disillusioned in both their both calculations, and it actually so happened at the battle of Issus in 622 (the year of Hijrah) and in 624, when Heraclius carried his campaign into the heart of Persia and the Makkan Quraisyh were beaten of Badr. [3506]

[3] Bid’un in the text means a short period - a period of from three to nine years. The period between the loss of Jerusalem (614-15) by the Roman and their victory at Issus (622) was seven years, and that to the penetration of Persia by Heraclius was nine years, See last note. [3507]
