f) The Layer of the skies.
ð The seventh Atmosphere level
“It is He Who hath created for you all things that are on earth; moreover His design comprehended the heavens, for He gave order and perfection to the seven firmaments: and of all things He hath perfect knowledge (1).” (QS, Al-Baqarah 2: 29)
“So He completed them as seven firmaments in two Days(2) and He assigned to each heaven is a duty and command. And We adorned the lower heaven its duty and command. And we adorned the lower heaven with lights, (provide it) with guard. Such is Decree of (Him) the Exalted in might, full of knowledge. (QS, Al-Fussilat 41: 12)
The science research has proven that earth atmosphere have seven layers, and it have a different type of gas, the layer can see as follow;
1) Troposphere, 2) Tropopause, 3) Stratosphere, 4) Stratopause, 5) Mesosphere, 6)Mesospaus,
7) Thermosphere.
The final part of atmosphere of the earth is in range of 480-960 KM. Al-Qura’an has said about this since 1400 years ago.

1. In the context of meaning, the word of seven in the Arabic language meant, “many”. Probably its more than seven.
2. For “Days”: which may include thousands of years, see 7: 54. They refer to stages in the evaluation of physical nature. In the Bible of cosmogony, (Gen. I and ii 1-7), which reflects old Babylonian cosmogony, the scheme apparently to be taken literally as two days and is as follow: the first day God created the light; the second, the firmament; the third, the earth and the vegetation; fourth: the stars and the plants; the fifth, fish and fowl from the sea; and the sixth cattle, creeping things, beast on land, and man; on the seventh days He ended His work and rested. Our scheme is wholly different. (1) God did not rest, and never rest. “His Throne doth extend over the heavens and the earth, and He feeleth no fatigue in guarding and preserving them” (2) Gods work has not ended; His activity still goes on 32:5, 7:54; (3) man in our scheme does not come in with land animals; his advent is stars and the planets having been created on the fourth day, it is not intelligible how the first three days sequence of time for the heavens and the earth. Our six stages are broadly speaking, (1) the throwing off of our planet from cosmic matter; (2) its cooling and condensing; (3) and (4) the growth of vegetable and animal life; (5) and (6) the parallel growth of the starry and our solar system.
